Advice from students who know all about anxiety
Feeling anxious isn't fun. Some people are naturally more anxious and worrisome than others.
It can make you feel nervous, stupid, like you want to cry, makes you feel small, like you want to disappear, unimportant, unfocused, tired, frustrated, like giving up, like you want to fake being sick to stay home, etc.
It can make you think your answers and/ideas are wrong, think you won't ever feel better, think your situation is hopeless, think the worst will happen
It can make you wish you could disappear, wish you weren't here, that you didn't feel this way, wish you could be someone else
Symptoms - Nauseous crying angry shaky, scared, sleepy, confused, overwhelmed, dizzy or lose balance, hyperventilate, feel like you need to go use the bathroom immediately

Spend time with animals

Talk to someone you trust
